Microphones and podiums will be provided free of charge, if needed. A limited selection of audiovisual equipment is available for rental through your Banquet Sales staff. The club assumes no responsibility for customer equipment.
Wolferts Roost cannot allow affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceiling of any rooms with nails, staples, tacks, or pins. Your banquet staff will be pleased to assist you in exhibiting posters, signs or other display materials in an acceptable fashion, and will be happy to assist you in obtaining special decorations, such as floral arrangements, special linen, or other items you might desire for your function. Wolferts Roost Country Club assumes no responsibility for rented equipment and requests arrangements to be made for prompt removal following the function.
Wedding receptions and Monday golf outings require a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit when booked. One year prior to the wedding date, an additional $4,000.00 deposit, totaling $5,000.00 non-refundable deposit will be required. Deposits are due at the time a function is booked or confirmed. For sponsored functions, payment is due at the conclusion of the function or within five days, unless prior arrangements are made for direct billing.
Our Banquet Department will be pleased to provide you with a list of entertainers, bands, and other service providers upon your request. Bands, D.J.'s, and other entertainers may gain access to the Ballroom utilizing the freight elevator behind the scenes up to two hours prior to the start of your function.Entertainers may be refused access to this elevator after this time so that we may ensure proper service to your party.
For planning purposes, Wolferts Roost Country Club may be asked to provide costs for beverage service and consumption estimates. These estimates are based on experience. Your charges will reflect the actual consumption of your party. This may be more or less than the estimate provided.
Food and Beverage
These menus should serve as suggestions for your upcoming event at Wolferts Roost Country Club. Our Banquet Sales staff can assist you with details surrounding your function as well as the expression of your individual ideas through a specially designed menu. Wolferts’s Roost is the only licensed entity authorized to sell or to serve liquor on the premises. Therefore, liquor not purchased from the club may not be consumed within the confines of WRCC.
Function Room Assignments
Function room assignments are made based on the number of anticipated guests. These locations are not guaranteed should the anticipated numbers increase or decrease; we reserve the right to change the room assignment based upon adjusted information and other business needs.
To assure proper food and beverage purchasing and preparation, the number of people attending a function must be given to the Banquet Sales Department one week in advance. Two days prior to the function, this number will be considered your guarantee, and it is not subject to downward revision after submission. If you need to increase the number of guests after the guarantee has been given, please call the Banquet office.
Wolferts Roost Country Club offers tablecloths and napkins which are available in many colors. Please ask your Banquet Sales office for assistance. Special linen requests may be subject to additional charges, as incurred by Wolferts’s Roost Country Club.
All prices subject to 20% Service Charge and 8% Sales Tax. Prices are subject to change, but will be guaranteed 90 days prior to your function date.
Publicity & Advertising
Wolferts Roost Country Club requires that you seek prior approval in the event that you wish to use the club's name in any public print, television, or radio advertisement. All requests should be forwarded with proposed copy attached, to the club offices, Attention: General Manager. Approvals will not be unreasonably withheld.
Seating for banquets will be at tables of eight unless otherwise specified. Special seating diagrams are available for you at your request.
The Club will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any materials or articles left on the premises either prior to or following a function.
Shipping and Receiving
Due to limited storage space, packages and meeting materials should be received no earlier than two days prior to the function for which they are intended. Items should be addressed to the meeting contact and to the Banquet Staff representative working on the meeting. Packages should be marked with the date of the program listed clearly on all labels. Wolferts Roost will not assume responsibility for returning packages at the conclusion of the function.
To facilitate parking, any event exceeding 100 attendees requires the host to provide valet services. Wolferts Roost will make all the necessary arrangements and charge the master bill.
